Our search and recruitment efforts begin with an onsite visit to your work location and an agreement on need in writing. We will provide you with an agreement that outlines what we are responsible for to ensure your success. Based on our agreement on need, we will ask you to sign a service agreement with the amount you will be billed for our services. By clearly understanding your needs and the end result you are trying to achieve, we can select the best candidates or best solution for you.
The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on the solution you choose and will be outlined on our agreement on need. We are committed to providing you with the most qualified and/or cost-effective staffing and/or recruiting solution.
For clients who request drug screens, driving records checks or criminal background checks, we are happy to provide these services. These screenings, as well as any other needs our clients request, may be coordinated through our office for a fee.

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our contract-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire on your payroll. If you are not satisfied with an employee we can replace them. We also offer direct placement services and guarantees will vary based on the contract for each client.
